Returns & Exchanges Policy

Welcome to Hide and Seek. We want to ensure your shopping experience for school essentials is as seamless as possible. Since we curate backpack sets from a variety of quality brands, please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below.


1. 3-Day Return Window

We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the backpack, lunchbox, or water bottle is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong brand/set, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized Items: Any items customized with names or specific vinyl labels.

  • Used Water Bottles: For health and safety reasons, water bottles cannot be returned once the seal is broken or they have been used.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or "Final Sale" events.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the brand or style you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned set, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5–10 business days for your bank to process the credit.

Note: Unless the item is defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
